Discuss and consider making certain findings pursuant to Section 26.001, et. seq. of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code regarding the City of Austin’s proposed location of a wastewater within a County park located west of Parmer Lane near the intersection of Parmer Lane and Grouse Drive, to-wit: (1) whether there is a feasible and prudent alternative for the City of Austin to use a portion of the parkland for a wastewater easement, and (2) whether the location of said wastewater line minimizes harm to the land as a park resulting from the use or taking.
