BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:07 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the August 25, 2015 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken on this item.

3. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the 2015 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Second by: County Judge Dan A. Gattis

Motion: To increase the property tax rate by the adoption of a debt tax rate of $0.0975, which is effectively a 1.94 percent increase in the tax rate.
