Background

This is a 9.86-acre, single lot subdivision located along the west side of CR 140. Although it is located within the Georgetown ETJ, it is exempt from platting through the City Georgetown as it is more than 5 acres in size. Platting is required under the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations. The preliminary plat was approved on June 23, 2015.
