Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Interlocal Agreement with Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District (District) for improvements to a portion of Brushy Creek Regional Trail.

Background

As a part of the modernization project for Dam # 7, the District must replace the rip rap, and a portion of Brushy Creek Regional Trail that currently exists on the upstream embankment of the dam. The District seeks a 50% cost share agreement for replacement of this section of trail, which is attractive as a larger part of planned improvements to Brushy Creek Regional Trail in this area.
