Discusss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 14 in the amount of $60,000.00 for IH 35 NBFR, a Pass Through Financing Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
To increase safety for the travelling public and the Contractor, this Change Order provides for additional Peace Officers on the project. Peace Officer presence provides increased visibility and awareness in the work zones during construction operations. The increased amount of Peace Officers is forecasted to last through the completion of construction.
