Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between Williamson County Municipal District No. 23 and the County of Williamson, Texas.

Background

Three original documents of the Tax Collection Agreement with the Williamson County MUD #23 require the County Judge's signature including the resolution. Hard copies will be sent via inter-departmental mail to Judge Gattis for his signature. The pages will be marked for signature. Please return all three signed originals to the Tax Assessor/Collector's office.
