Background

This plat lies partially within Williamson County and partially in Travis County, and is located the City of Pflugerville ETJ. The portion inside Williamson County contains 144 single family lots and 5,090 feet of new public roadway. The required preliminary plat review fee has been received. This plat will also require approval by the City of Pflugerville.
