Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals received for RFP#15RFP131, Hosted Solution - Web Based Benefit Enrollment System, and authorizing Purchasing Agent to re-advertise and receive proposals for same under new RFP#1509-011.
Background
It is the recommendation that it is in the best interest of the County to reject proposals received and re-solicit this RFP as a change was made to the time frame in which this system will be implemented.
