Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for All District Courts.

Background

Moving as few dollars as possible to get us through FY 15 since 409 funds are nearly depleted. Increase in caseload and requests for court appointed attorneys have caused funding to be depleted for FY 15.
