Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the 368th District Court.

Background

An amount was added to our budget for Judge Kennon to purchase a chair. We developed a space issue in our courtroom and in lieu of purchasing a chair, Judge Kennon used the funds to have a matching desktop built in the courtroom for the probation department to have a sitting/work space inside the courtroom. Since there was existing woodwork in the courtroom, he had the desktop attached to the existing woodwork. Now that we have neared the end of the budget cycle, we would like to use some of the remaining funds to purchase a new chair for Judge Kennon. This is the same chair that was purchased by Judge King.
