Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding proposal received for RFP#1507-005, Armored Car Services to Dunbar Armored.

Background

After evaluation of the only proposal received, it is the recommendation to award this contract to Dunbar Armored as this firm met all evaluation criteria. Contract duration is for twelve (12) months beginning October 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2016. If approved by court this extension will be in twelve (12) month increments for up to an additional twenty-four (24) months.
