Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding extending Williamson County proposal #13RFP00101 Billings Services for EMS to DM Medical Billings for the contract period beginning November 17, 2015 through November 16,2016 for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract.

Background

If approved, this extension will be in twelve (12) month increments for up to an additional sixty (60) months, with the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract. The total period of this contract, including all extensions will not exceed a maximum combined period of ninety-six (96) months. The initial contract period was thirty-six (36) months leaving five(5) twelve(12)month optional extensions available.
