Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of a Services Agreement for Video Streaming services with Swagit Productions, LLC.
Background
Initial contract term shall be for twelve (12)months with an automatic renewal of additional one-year terms unless terminated by either party with sixty(60)days prior written notice of intent to terminate. Exhibit A - Scope of Work is included with signed Agreement and is attached.
