Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the supplemental to the utility agreement with SuddenLink for the relocation of existing facilities for the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project, a Pass Through Financing Project in Commissioner Precinct 3.

Background

SuddenLink had existing facilities inside the right of way, which were in conflict with the proposed construction. The existing facilities have been relocated. After execution of the original agreement, a construction change resulted in the relocation of additional SuddenLink facilities. The total cost of the relocation is now estimated at $73,286.08. The original agreement included the relocation of over 5,700 feet of fiber optic cable, conduits, and related appurtenances which is now increased by 550 feet of fiber optic cable.
