Discuss and consider approving request for the jury fund to increase from $8,000 to $15,000 due to the elimination of the Jury Fund checking account.

Background

This account was eliminated with the changing of banks from Union State Bank to Wells Fargo. The Jury Fund checking account carried a balance of $20,000. This allowed us to replenish our cash kept on hand weekly. With new procedures in place, it has been recommended that we replenish once a month. to accomplish this we need a larger amount of money on hand.
