Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an agreement between Williamson County and Weir Fire Department for establishing EMS ambulance and personnel housing at 450 FM 1105 Georgetown, TX 78626.

Background

This agreement allows the county to make the WFD facilities "move-in" ready for Oct. 1, 2015. Monies for this project are in the current (2014-2015) EMS budget and will not require additional funds.
