Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving templates for Contract Amendment No. 1 to Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services, Contract Amendment No. 1 to Williamson County Contract for Environmental Services and Contract Amendment No. 1 to Williamson County Contract for Surveying Services in relation to the 2013 Williamson County Road Bond Program and authorize the County Judge to execute such amendments for existing 2013 Williamson County Road Bond Program Contracts for Engineering Services, Environmental Services and Surveying Services.

Background

The Williamson County 2013 Road Bond Program Contracts for Engineering Services, Environmental Services and Surveying Services each contain an indemnity provision under Article 22. Revisions were made to Article 22 in order to comply with Section 271.904 of the Local Gov’t Code.
