Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental #1 to a Professional Services Agreeement for the On-Call engineering services for Lakeline Right-Turn-Lane project between Williamson County and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. relating to the 2006 Road Bond program.

Background

This supplemental adds $75,000.00 to the contract compensation cap of $300,000.00 so that Kimley-Horn may provide construction phase services and complete additional design work, submittal packages and environmental technical reports needed for the site plan approval process.
