Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Department to have Rene Bates Auctioneers hold on-line auctions for the sale of surplus county property on the following dates: October 7th through October 21st in 2015, January 13th through January 27th, April 6th through April 20th, and July 13th through July 27th in 2016. All auctions closing by 5pm CST on these dates.
