Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch South subdivision - Pct 2.

Background

This preliminary plat is being revised to eliminate a short piece of proposed street located in Section 5A that previously provided a connection to properties to the west. Those adjacent parcels are better served by access from SH 29. This change also includes the reconfiguration of 110 lots in Sections 5A and 5B. The attached drawing shows the 155-foot piece of road that was eliminated, as well as the 110 lots that were reconfigured.
