Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Paloma Lake Section 12 subdivision - Pct 4.

Background

This is the next section of the Paloma Lake development. It consists of 68 single-family lots and 2,650 feet of new public roadway. Construction of this section is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $185,841.28 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
