Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Paloma Lake subdivision - Pct 4.

Background

The preliminary plat for Paloma Lake has been revised to eliminate a short, redundant piece of proposed road in Section 26, located immediately east of the planned Paloma Lake Boulevard. This change also required the slight reconfiguration of 23 lots in the immediate vicinity. The attached drawing shows the small road that was eliminated, and the 23 lots that were reconfigured.
