Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals received for RFP#1506-010, Specific and Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance, and authorizing Purchasing Agent to re-advertise and receive proposals for same under new RFP#1508-009.
Background
It is the recommendation that it is in the best interest of the County to reject the only proposal received and re-solicit this RFP as additional information was added to the package to allow for greater competition.
