27. Discuss and take action on the implementation of a county-wide burn ban not to exceed 90 days and to authorize the County Judge to lift ban in the event drought conditions improve.

Motion: To authorize the County Judge to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for ninety (90) days and, if the County Judge determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said ninety (90) days.
