Discuss and take appropriate action on TxDOT Advance Funding Agreement for IH-35 NBFR at Georgetown Railroad [CSJ: 0015-09-160] which consist of railroad crossing work including preemption coordination and operation traffic signals, new pavement, warning devices and drainage improvements.
Background
Construction costs shall be the responsibility of the State estimated at $500K.  The actual reimbursement will be based on actual costs once we have received the change order price from Hunter.
