Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the approval of an Inter Local Agreement with the City of Georgetown.

Background

Penny Lane in the Gabriel Estates subdivision is maintained by both the City of Georgetown and Williamson County. Road and Bridge is currently resurfacing the streets that the County maintains. This Inter Local Agreement would allow for Penny Lane to be resurfaced by Road and Bridge, with the City of Georgetown reimbursing the cost.
