Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding proposal received for RFP#14RFP00211, Automated Teller Machine Placement in Williamson County Facilities to the only proposal Preferred ATM Services, LLC.

Background

Only one proposal was received for this RFP.  Preferred ATM Services submitted two fee options:

A.   At the Transaction Fee of $3.00

1-100 Transactions = .60/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County
101-200 Transactions = .75/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County
200 Transactions and up = $1.50/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County

B.   At the Transaction Fee of $2.50

1-100 Transactions = .50/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County
101-200 Transactions = .65/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County
200 Transactions and up = $1.25/Transaction/ATM to Williamson County

The evaluation committee analyzed the two options and is recommending Option B as this will result in the least cost to the tax payers while still providing a convenient service to the public.
