Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding ESO Solutions, Inc. Business Associate Agreement for Williamson County EMS.

Background

Williamson County EMS will begin utilizing ESO Solutions, Inc. as our electronic care patient reporting system beginning January 2015. This Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will allow for the migration of data from our current vendor in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH privacy and security laws and regulations related directly or indirectly to the use or disclosure of idividually identifiable patient information. This BAA has been reviewed and approved, as to form, by the Williamson County Attorney's.
