Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase for Kronos Workforce Telestaff software from Kronos, Inc. pursuant to the US Communities contract#14-JLR-003.

Background

This purchase is for the upgrade of the current database to Workforce TeleStaff 4.0. 911 will be added tot he EMS database utilizing Institution Focus. This includes all training, project support and remote implementation.
