Discuss, consider and take appropriate action related to proposals received for the lease of 227 Acres of Agricultural Land East of Jonah Texas (Blackland Heritage County Park), proposal # 14RFP00220, including but not limited to: 1) award of lease to the best proposal meeting specifications and authorize County Judge to execute the Lease Agreement; 2) rejection of all proposals; or 3) any other necessary action such as authorization to re-advertise for proposals or bids.
