Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the renewal of Williamson County Property and Casualty Insurance with Texas Association of Counties for the term of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.

Background

Last year TAC’s original bid for this policy was $198,836. Since that time a team from TAC came to the county to assess all of the buildings, contents and towers. They worked closely with Facilities and the Wireless Department to include towers/contents not previously listed which resulted in an increase to $208,892.
