Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval of proposed TCPN co-op contract for Fuel Man Services to support county fleet operations or, alternatively, authorize Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids of same.

Background

FuelMan Services are no longer part of the actual fuel purchase and this is a minor cost category below the $50,000 bid threshold. Additionally, the Fuel Card Program under the Texas State contract has been analzyed for pricing. Based upon the research conducted, it is the recommendation to enter into this agreement with the incumbent vendor but under the TCPN contract R5127. Texas Fleet Fuel is an authorized dealer/reseller of Fuelman Services under FleetCor Technologies Operating Company. LLC dba Fuelman.
