Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the renewal of insurance for Public Officials Liability with Texas Association of Counties for the term of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.

Background

This policy will be renewed for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract. The cost will be decreased to $203,978 for the upcoming fiscal year.
