Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Williamson County Central Texas Treatment Center Water Line Repairs, Bid# 14IFB00244 to the lowest and best bidder – S and D Commercial Services, LLC and approving the Construction Agreement for execution.

Background

This project is for the replacement of domestic water lines at the Williamson County Central Texas Treatment Center in Granger, Texas. The estimated time of final completion is one-hundred-and-sixty (160) calendar days at an approximate cost of $140,000. Four vendors attended the Pre-Bid, only S and D offered a bid ($116,225.85). Based upon previous performance with the County, it is the recommendation to award this bid to S and D.
