Background

This plat contains 57 single family lots with 1,929 linear feet of new street. Constuction is not yet completed, but a performance bond in the amount of $285,235.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction. 911 Addressing has approved the street names for this subdivision; the original document contains the Addressing Coordinator's signature.
