Background

This bid was for materials, experienced fog seal (specifically Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt Surface Treatment) and striping crews and equipment to resurface roadways and parking facilities at Twin Lakes Park with an engineers estimated cost of $146,668. Alpha was the only bidder on this project at $162,837.75.
