Discuss,consider and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Facilities Parking Lot Fog Seal, Bid# 14IFB00246 to the lowest and best bidder – Alpha Paving Industries, LLC and approving the Construction Agreement for execution.

Background

This bid was for materials, experienced fog seal (specifically Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt Surface Treatment) and striping crews and equipment to resurface the Williamson County Facilities’ parking lots with engineers estimated cost of $122,114. Alpha was the only bidder at $118,414.
