Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Fog Seal Block House Creek, IFB#14IFB00235 to the lowest and best bidder - Alpha Paving Industries and approving the Construction Agreement for execution.

Background

This project is to provide materials, experienced fog seal crews and equipment to resurface cul-de-sacs. Two bids were received. It is the recommendation to award to the lowest and best bidder Alpha Paving Industries for $163,722, the engineers estimate for the project was $157,000.
