Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving contract between PropertyRoom.com and Williamson County for Property Disposition Services as per TX-Mas contract # TXMAS-14-00CORP010.

Background

PropertyRoom.com specializes in the disposition of forfeited and seized items of Law Enforcement and was recommended by the Sheriff's Office. PropertyRoom.com has developed a new and unique method of maximizing revenues from the sale of seized and unclaimed goods. Their full service internet based solution for property disposition can significantly reduce the Sheriff's Office's storage space requirments and help speed the release of property and evidence that is not longer required while maintaining a complete detailed audit trail of the results. Property room absorbs all of the costs of pick-up, processing, customer service and fullfillment.
