Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding proposals received for the lease of 227 Acres of Agricultural Land East of Jonah Texas (Blackland Heritage County Park), proposal # 14RFP00220 to the best proposal meeting specifications – Clifton Kotrla and authorize the County Judge to execute the Lease Agreement.

Background

The three proposals received were evaluated by Parks Department Staff. It is the recommendation to award this contract to the best proposer Clifton Kotrla.
