Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background
Each year we budget what we believe to be not only the number of existing retirees but also the number of folks who are eligible and/or who we expect to retire the following year. This number obviously is an estimate and does not always provide adequate funding. This LIT is to move monies into the retiree line item to cover the additional retirees that were not accounted for.
