BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:25 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the August 20, 2013 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  Contract Auditor Jalyn Morris addressed the Court.
  Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
  Second by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
Motion: To approve the fourth quarter payment to the Williamson Central Appraisal District in the amount of $2,327.50.
