Discuss and consider approving a support and maintenance subscription option for 36 month subscription option with Southwest Solutions Group for JP 4.

Background

This is a 36 month support and maintenance agreement with Southwest Solutions NetLabels we use for our case files. There is no charge for the software. Hal Hawes has reviewed this agreement. We are opting to use the 36 month agreement due to costs savings. We have had the one year agreement which is up for renewal. We have received excellent support with the previous agreement. Without the agreeement the cost for support and maintenance would be extremely higher.
