Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Supplement to the Standard Utility Agreement with Verzion for utility relocation on the Williams Drive Project and reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

Verizon had existing facilities located inside private easements, which were in conflict with the ROW acquisition and construction of the Williams Drive improvements. On November 18, 2008, a Standard Utility Agreement was executed with Verizon for relocation of copper and fiber optic cable facilities parallel to Williams Drive. During the relocation of the facilities, it was determined that one area required to be relocated within an easement had been missed in the initial cost estimates used in the Standard Utility Agreement. This Supplement to the Standard Utility Agreement is in the amount of $317,727.04 for a total relocation cost of $1,127,047.92 for the parallel facilities relocations. Verizon has provided a final invoice with all necessary backup to complete the reimbursement requests on the Williams Drive project.
