Discuss and Consider approving the second ammendment to consulting services agreement with Rely Information Systems, LLC for Data Base Adminstration (DBA) support for the Oracle R-12 upgrade.

Background

The amendment is for additional services required for DBA support for the Oracle R-12 project. The total not to exceed amount has not changed for this services. Rely will be providing an additional 463 hours during the project which is for the period that runs from January 2013 until September 30,2013.
