Consider authorizing the renewal of contract #11WCP106 Williamson County Vehicle Insurance with Texas Association of Counties for the term of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014, with changes to cover 705 vehicles at $115,946 and add Auto Physical Damage at $67,990 per year.

Background

In 2012-2013 the pricing was for libility was $103,190, which covered 657 county vehicles; the number of vehicles covered for 2013-14 is 705. The cost to add Auto Physical Damage was approved in the 2013-14 budget and is being added to this vehicle policy.
