Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Facilities in the FY 13-14 budget.

Background

The roof on the Cedar Park Annex is in need of repairs to the tune of $150K due to hail damage. The insurance company will reimburse the repair costs (minus the $10K deductible) but will only do so once repairs are complete.
