Consider awarding proposals received for RFP#14RFP00201 Specific and Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance, to the best proposer meeting specifications, Excess Risk Reinsurance.

Background

The selection committee has closely reviewed the proposals submitted. The finalist selected (scoring the highest number of points based upon the defined selection criteria) by the selection committee was presented to the Williamson County Benefits Committee which approved the recommendation on August 21, 2013. Therefore the recommendation of both selection committee and Benefits Committee is Excess Risk Reinsurance under Option 2. Option 2 is - a $250000 Specific Deductible.
