Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the General Fund-All District Courts-Contingencies in relation to the payment of attorney’s fees to the firm of Rusty Hardin and Associates, LLP for attorney pro tem services in Cause # 12-0420-K26, In Re: Ken Anderson, A Court of Inquiry; and acknowledge a reduction of $47,078.12 to the original amount approved by the court for such services.

Background

Attached is the Court Order by Judge Sturns as well as copies of letters from Judge Sturns and Mr. Hardin. Also included is the last page of the bill from Mr. Hardin. Any questions may be directed to Hal Hawes
