Discuss and take appropriate action on a Memorandum of Understanding between Williamson County and Bastrop County concerning the County boundary line and maintenance of County Roads 460, 461 and 463.

Background

Bastrop and Williamson Counties are setting forth their understandings and agreements as to the location of County Roads 460, 461 and 463 being in Williamson County and Williamson County’s agreement to maintain such roads. There has been some question as to which county said roads are situated within. The intent of this MOU is to define the current understanding of Bastrop and Williamson Counties.
